The Wixon Culinary Center is equipped with a state-of-the-art culinary kitchen and demonstration kitchen. This allows Chef to easily replicate foodservice operations as well as develop gold standard taste for inspiration and comparison. Wixon also offers working sessions with Chef and our development team for efficient flavor creation.
