This role transforms operational data into actionable initiatives that improve service performance, plant production planning, schedule attainment, and schedule stability
Key Responsibilities
- Extract, analyze, and interpret data from ERP and scheduling systems to support operations.
- Develop and maintain reports on service performance, capacity utilization, schedule attainment, and S&OP.
- Identify performance gaps in order fulfillment, forecast accuracy, and on-time delivery.
- Investigate root causes of issues and implement actions to improve performance.
- Lead analysis related to late orders, material shortages, and capacity constraints.
- Quantify operational and financial impacts of performance gaps.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop and maintain Excel-based reporting tools and automate processes while ensuring data accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills (pivot tables, lookups, etc.)
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and strong problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and organizational skills
- Experience with ERP systems, data visualization tools, and manufacturing environments
