Wixon has an immediate opening for an Inside Sales Representative.

Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Sales, the Inside Sales Representative is a shared resource for the entire sales group, the objective of this position is a to provide Wixon’s customers a single point of contact for new sales leads and maintenance of current accounts to provide more effective account communication, streamline internal resources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identified accounts to include existing house accounts from existing territories to allow account managers time in schedule for prospecting / on-boarding new customers.
  • Responsible for account communication and activating pricing, regulatory, and sample requests.
  • Evaluate accounts and implement portfolio management and ranking strategy.
  • Class and provide account recommendations based on margin escalation, growth or optimization
  • Continual identification of new opportunities within or outside of assigned accounts.
  • Demonstrated background in: Order entry Process, Regulatory requests process / entry, CRM sample entry, Price quote requests, Stage gate process, Project Submission & Follow-up.

Qualifications

  • Ability to effectively communicate and build trust with customers and across the organization.
  • Additionally, to communicate effectively and establish relationships with key internal departments such as customer care, project management and account management team & R&D.
  • Ability to maintain a strong understanding of Wixon divisional sales strategies.
  • Ability to acquire solid product knowledge and capabilities
  • Inside sales experience of 5+ years, consumable goods preferred.
  • Four-year degree is highly preferred or relatable work experience.
