Injected or vacuum-tumbled meat cuts containing 0.04-0.08% Wix-Fresh™ Miner in finished products will reduce iron, liver, and metallic flavor notes often associated with imported and certain domestic cuts of meat.

Wix-Fresh™ Miner, when incorporated at .25% in fresh whole muscle and ground beef, reduces the green, grassy notes.
