This flavor delivers the distinctive, well-rounded taste of fermentation and hops in a water soluble, liquid form. In the following applications, suggested usage would be: batter for frying, 3-4%; cheese sauce, 0.5-1.0%; condiments, 0.5-1.0%; sauces, 0.2-0.5%.
