The winning combination of chocolate and cherry is a "natural" in beverages, bakery products, and ice cream. Suggested usage for the liquid Chocolate Cherry #1100 3598 in beverages is 0.15 to 0.25 percent, and in ice cream, it's 0.35 to 0.55 percent. Wixon advises a 1 to 2 percent usage of the dry Chocolate Cherry #1100 3597 in beverages, and 3 to 5 percent of the dry version in cake mixes.
