The team of flavorists at Wixon has developed a flavor which is equally effective in beverage or bakery applications. The dry cherry flavor can also be made as liquid water or oil soluble. Suggested usage in the following applications would be: beverage mixes, 0.05-0.1%; cakes and muffins, 0.075-0.15%; frosting, 0.1-0.25%.
