Wixon's Beverage Lab has two flavors - the classic American favorites root beer and cream - which mimic premium-market soft drinks comparable to those produced by small, custom manufacturers with regional distribution.

Instructions: (1) dissolve sodium benzoate in water; (2) add HFCS, caramel color, honey and flavors; mix well; (3) add phosphoric acid and mix well.
