The Economy and the impact to Foodservice - Restaurants are going to have to re-invent themselves as consumers trade down and out of restaurants.

54% of restaurant users said changes in the economy have led them to cut down on how much they spend at restaurants.

  • 70% said they eat at the same restaurant when they eat out.
